With 6 veterinarians and a support staff of 15+ we are looking for the perfect fit for our team.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about animal health, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys providing excellent service to both pets and pet parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with exams, surgeries, and procedures
• Surgical preparation, administration and monitoring anesthesia
• Perform sample collection, diagnostic testing, and laboratory work
• Monitor and care for hospitalized or recovering patients
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a clean, safe environment
• Communicate effectively with clients about patient care

Qualifications

• Required: Veterinary Technician degree/certification (CVT)
• Preferred: 1+ year(s) of clinical experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Strong technical and communication skills

Do you have a passion for animals and a knack for making people feel welcome? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to be the first smiling face our clients see when they walk through the door. Willow Creek Veterinary Center is dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and peace of mind for owners. Our team values kindness, teamwork, and a positive work environment where both pets and people feel at home.

Your Role

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the heart of our front desk operations, ensuring every client and patient receives a warm welcome and efficient service. You’ll work with our team of 6 veterinarians and our support staff to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage multiple client commications

• Process payments and maintain accurate client records

• Assist with client inquiries and provide basic pet care information

• Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (veterinary preferred)

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Comfort with computers and scheduling software

• A genuine love for animals and empathy for their owners

• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
