Practice Manager

Amy began her veterinary journey in 2016 as a receptionist, shortly after earning her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Her genuine love for animals quickly inspired her to pursue further training at LCCC, where she became a Certified Veterinary Technician before joining the team at Willow Creek Veterinary Center. Since then, she has grown into several leadership roles and is working toward certification in veterinary practice management so she can continue supporting Willow Creek’s wonderful and evergrowing team and clientele.

Caring for animals and being a leader has been a lifelong passion for Amy, and she’s excited for all that lies ahead at Willow Creek. When she’s not at the clinic, she’s surrounded by the joy and chaos of her lively home—five dogs, four cats, six goats, a flock of chickens, three young children, and her husband, all of whom fill her days with love and purpose.

CSR

Jen has been happily married for over 30+ years with two grown daughters who are both married and living in their own homes now. Jen is a lover of all animals, big and small. She has had quite a variety of pets throughout the years including fish, mice, gerbils, rats, guinea pigs, cats and dogs, a bunny and her daughter's chickens and horse. As the girls grew, she managed to downsize, and currently, her "fur" babies consist of two rescue dogs, a cat, a painted turtle and a bearded dragon. She has worked in a large animal practice as a vet tech assistant and currently works here at WCVC as a customer service representative at the front desk, doing her very best to show love, care and understanding to both the clients and their fur babies. Jen enjoys going on trips with her husband to places for hiking, waterfalls, mountains, kayaking in lakes and rivers, camping, and just about anything outdoors - while photographing all the views and memories along the way. She is active in her church and volunteers for many of the events held there and works the cameras for the live stream of the service on some Sundays.

CVT

Breanna became a Certified Tech in 2025 and joined the Willow Creek team soon after graduation. She loves being part of a team that prioritizes both excellent care and a supportive environment. When not at work, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors with her rescue dog, Cooper, who keeps life fun and full of adventure.

CVT

Lauren has been working as a Certified Veterinary Technician for almost 25 years. She started with our Willow Creek family in 2010. She lives with her husband, Josiah, 12-year-old daughter Hannah, and magnificent and stunning cat KJM (Kristine Jean Marie), whom she rescued at our clinic in 2022.

Lauren loves all our feline patients, so bring them in- kittens and elder cats (don’t worry she loves your dogs too).

In addition to working, Lauren and her husband enjoy cross fit, traveling, camping, and trying new fun restaurants.

CVT

Megan started at Willow Creek in 2007 after graduating from LCCC/NCC. She lives with her husband and their two daughters on a full hobby farm, where they care for a lively mix of animals—including one dog, two cats, a horse, a pony, a goat, and a flock of chickens.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her family. Her hobbies include gardening and creating beautiful flower arrangements. One of her greatest joys is building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets, ensuring every visit feels personal and cared for.

CSR/Technician Assistant

Stacy joined WCVC in 2022 and has been working in the animal field since she was 16 years old. As a CSR and Tech Assistant, she enjoys supporting both our clients and patients—whether that’s helping families feel welcomed and informed at the front desk or assisting the medical team behind the scenes. She loves being part of a role that allows me to connect with people while also caring for their pets. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs—Archie, Ava, and Tymber—and her cats, Maddie and Nigel. In her free time, you’ll often find her kayaking, camping, or exploring antique shops.
